Understanding the World of Computers


Course Description:The primary purpose of this class is to educate students about how today's personal computers work.  From plugging a machine in to building there own personal computer, we will discuss everything that makes a computer work, including history and ethics. In addition, we will spend time with programming using Visual Basic, web design with Microsoft FrontPage and digital photography using Adobe Photoshop.
